Description
Drawing in sepia tones. The centre of the composition is occupied by a shield topped with a crown. The shield bears an inscription identifying the title of the work and the artist. The inscription reads: I.N.R.I. Figure della Passione di nostro signore Jesui Cristo facte [?] da Bernardino Poceti. To the left of the shield is an adult female figure with four young children. To the right sits a draped figure. He holds a book in his right hand and a cross in his left hand.

The drawing is the title page of a set of works depicting the Passion of Christ.
