Description
This portrait was painted of Mr Neverman who had a drapers shop in Victoria Avenue. Mr Neverman sat for Shirley Hoult to paint this image 26th, 27th & 28th May 1947 at the age of 85. It was given by the artist to Miss J. Hastings as a New Years gift from Mr Neverman.
