Description
From a suite of 12 works made while the artist lived in Melbourne between 1985 and 2000. Characteristic of Harris's black and white abstracted aquatints often created in series of 12 , the images have a certain psychological darkness to them. Harris worked largely from an autobiographical perspective, referencing and visualising people, events and experiences from his own life.
