Cartoon of a man ploughing a field of "BRITISH DETERMINATION" with a plough of a "CAMPAIGN OF HATE" pulled by a very emaciated plough horse or donkey of "GERMAN PRESS". The man is wearing a spiked helmet and it wiping his sweating brow.
