Description
A cartoon of a snake of "GERMAN PROPAGANDA" wrapped around a tree with "U.S." on it. In the snakes mouth is an apple "PESSIMISM DISCOURAGEMENT". Across the top is written "THE MODERN SERPENT IN THE GARDEN".
