Description
Black and white pen and ink drawing of two men in Roman uniforms in a chariot pulled by two horses - one black and one white. The helmets of the men are labelled 'NSW' and 'Vic' and they pull a woman with long black hair wearing a dress labelled 'Commonwealth' behind the chariot. The chariot is labelled 'State Rights'.
