Multi-coloured print depicting a coastal scene with many figures: the landing of the missionaries at Taranaki, NZ. Cloaked figures and Māori are gathered on the shore next to a man in a black suit holding a hat. To the left are a group of women carrying a woman in a white dress wearing a bonnet across the waves to shore. To the far left is a boat being unloaded with items. In the distance is the narrow peak of the mountain.
