Description
Examples of Assyrian ornament, including a column from Persepolis and a potera (a saucer-shaped Roman drinking vessel). The drawings are based on those published in A Manual of Historic Ornament (1899) by Richard Glazier, Historic Ornament by Auguste Racinet and The Grammar of Ornament (1910) by Owen Jones.
