Notebook with a black cover. A printed label has been affixed to the front cover reading: Wanganui Technical College Art Book. The notebook contains handwritten notes and sketches by Vivian Smith. Topics covered include William Morris, European history, Gothic architecture in England, languages, the history of art (including notes on the Renaissance, Byzantine and Baroque periods), and the New Zealand coat of arms.
