About the Work
Done onsite up the river. Not exhibited. Relates to a large painting that sold to Massey University. I had gone up river with Henry Bennett, a local kaumatua. Whilst not formally welcomed on most places I felt at time comfortable with painting or drawing anything visible from the road.
