TRANSCRIPTION:
Dear Bill
I went to see this lake or loch as it is called here. Yesterday I went for a ride in a motor to the sea side, it came on to rain & was very cold, but It was very pretty. See you are head man at home now I suppose. I am going for a long walk on the hills this afternoon, the hills here are covered with heather [illeg.]
Love from Edith
