Wanganui NZ July 29th
Dear Edith
I enclose you £2. I suppose you are getting a bit short of cash – if you had been staying much longer you might have taken a few lessons in [illeg.] but mother says you are coming home shortly so that there will be hardly time – I hope you are enjoying yourself – whilst in Auckland you should go into the Public Library in the [illeg.] alley – there is a table there specially for ladies the room is upstairs within the basement.

Photocopy of a 2 page letter written to Edith Collier from her Father dated July 29th year unknown. It is handwritten pen on paper. The paper has the Piano Organ and Music Warehouse company information in it. In the letter her Father mentions he is including some cash and writes about when Edith gets home to NZ.
