My Dear darling pettie sweetie Edith.
Millions & millions of kisses to you
I received your nice letter you sent me I was so pleased to get it. You are having a lovely time I must say fancy you telling the Pelyer’s [illeg.] at music that a bit of [illeg.[ you think so eh?
Mother & Father have just come home from [illeg.] Palmerston Show in the little motor car and nothing went wrong. Harry Jack & Frank are down here now and they have been down to the Palmerston Show too.
Last Sunday it was my birthday and I got such a lot of nice things as follows:
From Mother Jersey pair of slippers, & a nice blue [hat?]; Vera a long pair of white woollen gloves and a nice embroidered handkerchief; Frank a big box of chocolates; Reg a sewing box; Dolly two clasps
