About the Work
This is most likely a photograph taken by W.J. Harding and printed by Frank Denton, as Frank took over some of the Harding negatives when he set up his own photography studio. Frank Denton's earlier studio was located behind the buildings to the right, closer to the Whanganui River. Located behind where Whanganui Furniture is located today.
