Description
Card printed on both sides in black ink. Titled "FOOD CARD. London and Home Counties." Stamped in red "PADDINGTON". Handwritten customer name "E. Collier. 5 Leinster Sq. W.2." Below the heading are three rows of numbered grids. Only the first row of the grids has been marked. It is labelled "BUTTER AND MARGARINE." On the verso are instructions for the user, as well as 4 places to record shopkeeper names and addresses.
