Description
Small white card folded in half. Heading states "MINISTRY OF FOOD. / PURCHASER'S SHOPPING CARD." The card provides space for A. The retailer's name and address, B. The purchaser's name and address., on the back are the Instructions points 1-12 including the penalty for misuse. Inside the card is a table to be completed with dates ranging from 12th Jan 1920 - 5th April 1920 across the top, down the sides are listed "BUTTER / SUGAR / SPARE" as well as the number of persons registered. This card has only been completed for sugar from 12 Jan 1920 - 9th Feb 1920 purchased from Bryants Stores on Hereford Road London W
