Description
Delivery tag for the sending of fruit and vegetables for the wounded soldiers in the city hospitals. Sent from Miss Macpherson (Margaret Preston) of Bonmahon by the British Red Cross Society (City of Dublin branch). Brown cardboard swing tag with hole reinforcement sticker. Printed in black text with a red printed cross. Handwritten in black ink. Postmark stamped on verso. Date is difficult to read but looks like 9 SEP 1918
