Description
Certificate with black printing on one side of white paper and handwritten in black ink. Decorative printed border with an pastoral image and the Wanganui Agricultural Association heading. Certificate of Merit No. 532. Addressed to E. Collier. Awarded "First Prize for Model Drawing. Exhibited at the Annual Show held at Wanganui on the 17th & 18th days of November 1909. Signed by both the President and the Secretary. The Certificate was issued on "7th day of December 1909"
