Black and white photograph of a group of people seated along a wooden verandah on a wooden weatherboard building chatting, smiling and smoking. A man is seated in an armchair on the verandah wearing a hat and gumboots. Two older women are wearing headscarves, while a younger woman is seated at the end of the verandah smiling and looking downwards. The verandah has an open door to the building inside and a child is seated in the doorway (partially obscured). Beside the door, mounted on the exterior wall are two signs: JERUSALEM and POST OFFICE.
