1973
Fomison
became
deeply
interested
and
connected
to
the
local
Polynesian
communities
and
cultures.
This
drawing,
along
with
the
others
he
did
at
this
time,
is
a
response
to
the
nuclear
testing
that
occurred
at
Mururoa
Atoll
and
the
way
in
which
it
affected
the
region.
