Description
Black and white pen and ink drawing of a man in a chair labelled 'Average Citizen' with his feet resting on a railing and looking out over the water through binoculars turned the wrong way. A speech bubble above his head says 'That can never get near me'. Over the water is a cloud of smoke forming a head wearing a pickelhaube helmet and labelled 'WAR'. 'Better turn those glasses around' is written at the top of the image.
