Description
Black and white pen and ink cartoon of a man dressed as a circus ringmaster, holding a whip in his right hand and a ring with the word 'victory' written inside it. Two the left of him there is another ringmaster and to the right there is a folorn-looking lion with 'Great Britian' written on its side.
