My dear Miss Collier
Father & I (Mr George Mitchell & his daughter Mary from Wanganui) are now in London & would be very pleased to meet you & Flight Lieut H Collier. We arrived here last Wednesday night & have been staying at the Royal Palace Hotel since we came & may be here for a few days longer. We left New Zealand with the SS Ruahine & had a very pleasant voyage to Plymouth.
I saw your mother before I left Wanganui, she was down at our home & was anxious I should see you & your brother, my sister who has been nursing in England is now with us. Hoping you & your brother are both well & I hope to have a long chat with you.
Yours sincerely
Mary Mitchell
