Roger Soubie

Biography
Roger Soubie born on 14 June 1898 , died in 1984, is a French poster artist. He created about 2,000 movie posters.

Career [ edit ]He began by designing advertising posters for railway companies, car manufacturers ( Panhard Levassor ), tourism (Dijon, Vichy, Chamonix, Granville, Winter sports). It also consists of magazine covers (Omnia, Science and Life). After the war he moved to Granville , and his gouache mixed in scallops Jacques. In 1951 he signed a poster for Carnival Granville [1] .
